The Holographic Akashic Hall Of Records is the recording of every moment ever experienced on Tara earth within the field of a fractal of Prime Creator (you and your fellow fractals of the unified field). The mechanism that catalogs the event (every thought, movement and action you make) is stored in every drop of water and SiO2 quartz crystal in that surrounding field. This includes every tree, animal, stone and blade of grass that are there to witness it.

Each will migrate to their own preferred calling or vocation, not for a wage, as all possessions within higher communities are free to everyone. There is no want of any kind, your every need is met by default and your every dream available if you are ready to manifest it. When everyone is doing what they love the most, no one hates going to work. "Work" doesn't really exist there, and all menial tasks are fully automated by robotics.
