The akashic records are all around you. Every drop of water, stone, tree, grass blades are all recording your every action and sharing it world wide. It is the plane itself.
It is called the 'silicate matrix' that records all events of all fractals of Prime Creator while in manifestation. Water and air are filled with microcrystals called Aniline that are actually (secretly) Higgs bosons that are a single molecule-sized SiO2 quartz (in the form of deuterium), the same material that is used in all recording tapes, hard drives and in DVDs. They can tell you what you're looking for because they already recorded everything that took place on the plane, plus they can show you what you just 'recorded' that they already would have recorded anyway.
These microcrystals float up into the clouds through evaporation (but are still moist. Air is just thin water) and air currents that move around the world continuously, then fall back down as meteoric rain that disperses your recordings to every inch of the plane. It is an eternal cycle that never ends.
So as long as there is any liquid water within this biosphere, you can travel to any country and all your memories are right there, so all the trees and rocks and flowers know everything there is to know about you, because all of your events are frequencies that resonate eternally and transmit from one blade of grass to the next at the speed of what you could refer to as light, but it is actually an instantaneous transmission because the plane is network covalently bonded to all of its other particles, resonating as one.
This crystal we call water is the life blood of all living things. Where there is no water, there is no life, and where there is no water, there is also no oxygen. The deuterium particle that is called the god particle is oxygen itself that is released through sun waves that activate the oxygen.
The human body is made up of 66% water, all of which is saturated with salt. That 'salt' is actually depleted deuterium SiO2 quartz recording crystal. Which means every cell in your body has a recording of everything you have ever seen or done and could play back every second of your life in life-like HD video or audio.
Water can hold the entire world’s monthly data in a single drop, equivalent to millions of home computers.
So you are also the Akashic records, and you remain this way until every DNA cell of your body dries up and returns to the ecosystem. Since the crystal never forgets, but is merely dispersed into the wind and soil, it simply becomes more databases of your personal journey added to the library of Tara earth. The plane itself will always and forever remember you on a quantum level.

When you enter manifestation it is via the Krystal Seed Atom, which is a deuterium/Aniline quartz crystal that stores all the akashic records of your provenance. With that crystal, you are issued around 1 trillion DNA cells to manifest a body. Every single cell of that body has to be present within the simulation in order for you to manifest. If a drop of your wet DNA leaves the simulation, as it can do during a monumental war, you lose your ability to produce another avatar. The system uses all of your genetic cells to recreate your avatar into the next-dimensional body that is taller and lighter. There is a lot of this that was never explained to me in exacting scientific terms, so I can't really explain more than that, other than you have to be manifest to make the transition, unless I was misunderstanding why we were going to such extremes to get Lost Souls of Tara into breathing bodies. It was explained more than once it was a requirement, which meant a great deal of work and hassle for us to provide. There is a world wide network involved in this particular program, managed by the keeper of the simulation.
