Ariel is correct regarding the beings who can no longer ascend from this plane. (See his post on X ‘Good morning to you all’ from Feb 7, 2025, https://x.com/Prolotario1/status/1887909198119195089).
The 'fallen angels' have caused more damage to life here than their karmic 'piggy bank' as the keeper would reference it, than they are given while in manifestation, and now they can't leave. Just to clarify, there are invader races here, and then there are the original ‘fallen angels’. These are different breeds of cat as it were.
The ‘fallen’ refers to the Anuhazi Elohim (Arch Angels with wings) who came here 570m years ago with both the Budhara Borja Retrovirus from the Weasadek time matrix (nanites that had infected them), and the Khepri Scarab Beetles from Andromeda.

The ‘Beetle Kings’, from what I understand, were bioformed into Elohim beings for warriors against the Human Elohim Project. They didn’t earn their avatars in the same way the Anuhazi had (at least as I gather it).

What astonished me perhaps more than anything else I learned over my many years of education from the keeper of this time matrix, is that at a certain point, these beings who use many iterations of themselves to 'game the system' so they are like an army of their own clones against us and committing countless atrocities to reach their objective to 'keep us in line' and subservient to their greater intellect (they unilaterally decided among themselves), reach a tipping point where they are so overdrawn to karma that the aether literally cuts them off from being able to personally do harm anymore. If they had a gun and wanted to k1ll you, their finger simply is not allowed to squeeze the trigger. This happened a very long time ago to the 'gods' you've heard about all down through history from Babylon to Egypt to Greece & Rome.
The fallen angels can't ascend back to where they 'fell' from, & when they do finally complete their long-cycle of manifestation (I don't know the time frame here, could be trillions of years, but all things have an ultimate cut-off date called an event horizon before they 'reset' as clarified below), they take starfire return to the primal sound and light fields in the deity planes where they undergo reset for their own good, and for the good of the unified field. Which means all of their deeds across all their lifetimes while being that personality, simply vanish as if they were never here. Sort of like doing an 'erase' in Microsoft Word for a phrase or word used throughout an entire book for instance. It is as if that word never existed.
The keeper did add to that however, that individuals that knew them in past lives would still remember them, but the akashic records don't. Not sure how that works.
Once reset, now that fractal of Prime Creator begins learning everything about creation from the perspective of a new-born infant does here in our mind-wipe-and-recycle world, having absolutely no recollection of who they were before. They start over and will, decided by the chain of events that mold us all into our current personalities, become a completely different being than before they went too far off the rails. There is no residue.
The reason they are reset is because they are fractals of Prime Creator that can never die, no matter how much they drift from the center lane in any one given life, or series of lives. The aether alone is in charge of total resets, which is why the fake bible says that 'vengeance is mine, alone'. That is actual fact, but it isn't vengeance, it is the eternal quest of Prime Creator to reach absolute balance in all things.
What they are left with now, those who have lost the ability to personally mug or rape someone, is to trick or entice other fractals of Prime Creator to do their biddings for them to achieve their desired goals. We call those hitmen today. We also call them movie stars, titans of industry or other idols of worship who 'sell their souls' (trade their karma) in return for fortune or fame or both. If you've heard the accusations against P Diddy, you will recognize that he didn't just r@pe and tortur3 countless people, but actually did 'the deed' as it were you might recognize as being 'jumped in'. Allegedly. 😘
On top of not being able to ascend to higher dimension, on 12/21/12 (or within that time frame), when the stellar activation ascension cycle window opened, earth was placed into a total quarantine, blocking the 'gods' from coming or going from this human earth landmass, so they would all have to live through the apocalypse and face what they had done to mankind. At that time, many top pindars suicid3d out of this simulation in order to get out of living through that hell. Shane the Ruiner who was raised in an Illuminati family, went into great detail about that back in around 2014-15 or so.
As an aside, ignore what Shane says now about his previous disclosures as being purely entertainment and fiction. I happen to know otherwise he was being honest, but due to all the lawfare used against the 'soft disclosure' campaign of Corey Goode recently, the major players of that effort to wake humanity have had to recant everything in order to avoid being destroyed in the courts.
And yes, the 'gods' had human earth in total quarantine for millions of years prior to that, where only they could come and go at will, but not humans. The quarantine I'm talking about was the one around all of their iron-dome 7-layer frequency fence quarantine. The keeper made it absolutely clear; the only being on this plane that can come or go today is the keeper and anyone the keeper personally escorts for important meetings at headquarters now positioned next to our sun with the rest of the Sky Alliance.

I'm just giving you a bit of context for Ariel's reference about them not being able to ascend anymore. The movies you've seen of repentant fallen angels being haggard and shot is disclosure in that regard. When they 'went into the daughters of human kind' (beginning 560m years ago), they became irretrievably overdrawn in their karmic piggy banks and now they face the total obliteration of their current selves once they stop gaming the system with clone bodies and elixirs to keep sludging forward.
Understand, many of these beings are Elohim, which is the highest level any fractal of Prime Creator can achieve within manifestation. It is the highest honor, the most accomplished and from what I understand, likely took millions/billions or even trillions of years across innumerable lifetimes and time matrices to achieve. There is no such thing as a more powerful being than Elohim, in any of its many avatar shapes. ‘Elohim’ is like an automobile series, such as the Corvette whose body style and features change over the years, but maintains certain features all Vettes have. ‘Eternal life’ is the hallmark signature of the series ‘Elohim’, of which are many avatar models. Human Elohim were created by the Oraphim Elohim as an example, though the Oraphim are like blue-fur Feline people, yet Humans are not necessarily furry or have tails (that I assume the Oraphim have).
So when I tell you they have knowledge, the only thing that has more knowledge than they do is the collective of Prime Creator itself, which is, to my understanding, the cumulative data of all fractals within the unified field (the aether) combined. Which means Elohim beings will be giving up existing as the most individually knowledgeable and powerful people in the cosmeias. This is not going to be easy to accept for any of them. And since they are eternal beings, they cannot merely suic3de out like the pindars did. You would have to meet them to have any frame of reference for what I am trying to say. They are as smart as a quantum computer with photographic memory and total recall.
While they can be incredibly giving at times, they can also be intensely aware of the difference between them and us. I have been told to my face to 'not forget my station'. Not exactly the humblest statement. But then, they do have the power to create entire worlds, so I sort of get their point. But what they can't do now, is leave. And for a 'god' that knows their time is finally up and they have to face what they've done to you across millions of lifetimes, every day is a new fresh hell of regret and dread.
