I’ll break down what the transliterations are:

Ur: In ancient Sumerian, the word Ur stands for 'city', or 'community', which means Ur is in reference to the intent of the structure to encapsulate the community of humans inside.

Zi: Zi means Life or Breath in ancient Sumerian. Meaning inside the dome would have air to sustain life, or it is an Ecosystem.

Gal: Gal in ancient Sumerian means 'big' or 'great', further description of what Enlil was charged to create.

Gur: The name of Enlil in this text is followed by 'Zi Gur', Gur standing for 'turn'. In other words, Gur simply boiled down the CHRONOGRAPH that would be this planetarium that would act as a clock.

Which means Enlil was responsible for the creation of the: UR ZI GAL GUR or the UR ZI GUR GAL: a 'living/breathing clock ecosystem'. The author merely shortened that to Enlil: builder of the living/breathing chronograph.

And by the way, Enlil is equated to Cronus: "Enlil: In comparative mythology, Enlil is sometimes analyzed alongside Cronus or Kumarbi due to his role as a supreme leader who succeeded an earlier sky god (An/Anu), though direct ancient equivalences are debated."

The name Enlil isn't of a person, it is an office. Enlil is the 'god of the sky', just as the 'President of America' doesn't stand for Donald Trump, but a position of authority. Whomever steps into that office is now called by that title of Enlil.

COLLAPSE As I've said, when the resonance that is holding the deuterium microcrystals together that make up the crystal dome (through resonant network covalent bonding) fails, all of those crystals should let go, returning to microcrystals again. Otherwise there would be more than 10 miles thick of ice falling down on every square inch of earth. Nothing alive would survive that on the surface and in fact might wind up obliterating the entire structure of the plane, miles below the surface.

I expect the failure will look much like fog. This may not be correct, as I can't lab test it, but the crystals were explained to me as being 'absolutely void of all moisture. Because who is going to put something around a world that when it wore out it would utterly destroy that world? Besides, all, or nearly all, of the 178 known worlds of the 3rd dimension are covered with the same domes that also apparently wear out and need to be replaced. They wouldn't have them if it meant absolute universal destruction in 13,000 years.

That means when the cymatic sonic command releases, there will be no glue/cement, no sound, nothing to hold those microcrystals together. Like sand on the plate of a cymatic tonoscope no longer holds its shape together in meticulous shape & returns to its normal form. Particles that cling together without any cement through chemical bonds are displaying covalent bonding.
