Our policy is not to extend refunds.

The creative process of consulting can be complex with many variables. Change is a natural process in the course of discussion and conversations about topics around personal development. 

We do our best to communicate clearly. Our practice is to use email to track changes with each client project, which is helpful to making sure all parties are on the same page around the scope of work and due dates.

We are open to adjusting time frames and modifying outcomes to insure customer satisfaction.

We are not responsible for results if clients choose to change content outcomes without adequate notice and/or explaining the necessary specifics with us before work is undertaken.
