“In self-trust all the virtues are comprehended.
Fear always springs from ignorance."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
There is a quickening taking place on the planet.
At this juncture, it seems people, individually, have a choice to make that revolves around distinguishing between outside influences and listening to their Soul.
Hopefully I am not oversimplifying this choice but, make no mistake, the evidence is everywhere for both constructive events and destructive events.
This important distinction is most apparent to me when I am alone. When I am alone I rejuvenate my roots, meaning I clarify my connection to All That Is.
That point of rejuvenating my roots, identifying my thoughts and feelings, is knowing “me”.
As I get engaged in the world, aka my daily activity, knowing the “me” ensures a solid footing so as to avoid being stuck in circumstances or events that unfold in my vicinity.
I like knowing where my resonating is rooted.
And, I like being consciously able to make adjustments in my “me” as life comes to me and through me.
I am intending you are having a grand experience in this very moment!
Lately, I find myself talking with fewer people.
Even with close friends, I just don’t resonate with most of the “causal” conversation.
Am I shifting into a serious mode? Maybe.
For the last 15 years I have begun doing more self study, which is nothing complicated, just purposefully reading books and listening to new sources in my personal goal of sustaining the expansion of how I engage life with developing refreshed beliefs.
Is it so “dangerous” to engage in a constructive thinking process using my imagination?
Am I crazy for exploring new ideas and systems that connect the dots of new methods producing happier, healthier, abundant lifestyles?
Casual conversation is oh-so temporary, unless its a party or fling.
After all, I do recognize the qualities of a sentient being versus the qualities of a machine or NPC.
Glitches can be short, similar to insight, or drawn out over time and revisited often. Either way, glitches do annoy me yet somehow they can provide very juicy clarity.
“A man's way of doing things is the direct result of the way he thinks about things.”
~ W. Wattles
Explaining doing best starts with thinking is an easy concept but results depend on how the doing is carried forth. From my observation, many folks i have encountered are lost in a swirl of outside influences.
A typical linear question goes something like, “But since you are reading and listening to new people and sources/shows, isn’t that the same as an outside influence?”
My answer is somewhat varied depending on the degree of their own awareness of spirituality.
What is spiritually?
I define spirituality as the opposite of religion.
Spirituality is based on a Divine presence that permeates the universe and all living things.
Religion is the believing that the Diving presence exists outside of you in another person or entity, plus. you need someone to be your interpreter to correctly hear and understand.
From what I see, people think they are free because they can choose a job, or when to eat, ow what to eat. To me freedom means you can choosing thoughts that don’t necessary agree with the herd (general population). Freedom is a constructive lifestyle not reliant upon the structures and paradigms that fence the herds into obedience.
Freedom relies on creative thinking and is natural living in harmony with all things.
“The men who are cursed with the gift of the literal mind are the unfortunate ones who are always busy with their nets and neglect the fishing.”
~ Rabindranath Tagore
Is there a benefit to being clueless that you are an energetic being?
Yes, the benefit is enriching all your life experiences and knowing that life does have much more meaning that your precious understanding without having to rely on another person, people or things to make you better.
The sequence of creating thoughts into things is a very real, tangible, process. Call it alchemy if you want.
But, lets not get grandiose.
CREATION OF LIFE: Thinking creates behaviors that, when done repeatedly, create habits.
Before you know it life is just a patter of habits. When we receive a certain stimulus we react according to our habits. I want more from life than that. How about you?
What is working for me is creating a foundation, built over time, that uses proven principals to elevate the mind from an organ to a refined intelligent receptor.
This is not some lofty idea. The biological power within a physical body is far more than the chemistry we learned in high school. And having being a high school science teacher, I am thinking we need to reorient classes at that early stage in life so students have a better opportunity to recognize benefits of stewardship as they practice using this innate power.
Thinking is the power, is the nectar, that Hafiz is point to in his lyrics. Do you have another poem to suggest?
“A poet is some who can pour light into a spoon.
And raise it to your lips
Nourishing your heart and soul.”
~ Hafiz
I have encountered many extraordinary teachers along thy journey, but that did not happen until I was able to hear them within, which is different than hearing with my ears.
The other day I came across a sweet nugget.
“From the inner being and by personal experience alone can come knowledge and understanding. To feel is to know; to suffer is to understand. To create is to be wise.
To believe and see may be a delusion.”
That nugget reminded me of the adjustment I made in thy living; I consider it to be a switch I activated within me.
Before I began searching for deeper meaning to events in life, my belief very different and sorta along these lines, “To feel is somewhat necessary but keep pushing forward, to suffer is necessary but move on quickly, to create takes sweat equity, and to believe meant seeing someone else with success first.”
Once I activated my switch, I went from literal mode to explorer mode.
That was the beginning of eloquent faith in my life, which was jump started with a powerful dream. We will go over that experience another time.
With faith it became obvious that people are in different degrees of awareness about spirituality, and there is not one single comment or action I can take to magically life their veil. How we use our life experience is an individual choice.
I refer to understanding spirituality as a veil lifting process - one step and then another step.
My optimal contribution is being the best I can be, living my Truth, walking my talk.
We are all energetic beings and create what ever energy we experience: constructive or destructive.

This books was so helpful in connecting the dots from different levels to me: The Holographic Universe. The author is Michael Coleman Talbot, who passed over at 38, covers the parallels between ancient mysticism and quantum mechanics. I read it slowly. There is plenty of research to articulate his ideas of multi layered life/living. I give his book five out of five stars.
I am an avid reader, do you have a book to suggest that has helped you?
“When a clown moves into a palace, he doesn’t become a king. The palace becomes a circus.”
~ Turkish Proverb
Ignorance is bliss.
That is true on so many levels.
And that explains where humanity is today.
Its up to each of us individually to adjust our internal switch that opens the door to spirituality. This is a constructive move and once that door is opened, there is no going back. When your eyes are open, it’s impossible to shut out the Light.
Very simply I believe, a quality life - a free life - begins within, and when nourished with correct thinking, blooms into a multi dimensional experience using the control center orchestrated through your brain/heart connection that enables protection against all outside influences of destructive force or negativity.
Beliefs determine perceptions.
Alter your beliefs and you will certainly alter your perceptions.
In default mode, ignorance is bliss, there are two choices: constructive thought or destructive thought, and most of the time, not all the time, thoughts choose you versus you choosing what you want to think.
It took me a while, but I am now certain I prefer choosing my thoughts. It took me a while to get to this track. Most often my life experiences leave me feeling nourished. It does happen, seeing your thoughts become things in the landscape, and those moments are the crux of meaningful enrichment.
Choosing what you want to think is the opposite of ignorance is bliss. Does that makes sense?

This book is a tool for understanding the default processes, natural rhythms, that connect you and I to everything in our world. As a former biology teacher, this book has biology info that is helpful to better living while also deeply tangible to those interested in personal development. The book is The Biology Of Belief by Bruce Lipton. The themes associate DNA, genetics, thinking, and individual environment, including compelling research and detailed commentary.
